Let's do something different together
For too long, politics has focused on division instead of solutions and partisanship instead of people.

CHRIS' VISION
Chris believes the government should work for the people it serves.
The American Dream is built on the promise that hard work, responsibility, and determination create opportunity. Today, too many families feel that promise slipping further out of reach. The cost of housing, healthcare, childcare, and everyday necessities continues to rise while many families are working harder than ever just to keep up. Chris Harden is running for Congress because he believes every family deserves the opportunity to build a better future. Chris' vision is a community where families can afford to live and thrive, small businesses can grow, and every child has access to the opportunities they need to succeed. Chris believes in responsible government, fiscal accountability, strong public infrastructure, quality healthcare, and an economy that rewards hard work. Chris also believes leadership should be measured by results, not rhetoric. Congress should focus on solving problems, creating opportunity, and helping families succeed. Together, we can build a future where opportunity remains within reach and where the American Dream is available to every generation that follows.
CHRIS' PRIORITIES

Lowering Costs for Families
Families across Georgia’s 11th District are feeling the strain of rising costs. From housing and healthcare to groceries and childcare, too many hardworking people are finding it harder to get ahead. Chris will support policies that lower costs, strengthen economic security, and help families keep more of what they earn while building a future they can afford.

Protecting Health Care
Every family deserves access to quality, affordable healthcare and the freedom to make their own healthcare decisions. Chris believes reproductive freedom is a fundamental right. He supports protecting access to contraception, fertility treatments, maternal healthcare, and abortion care, and believes these deeply personal decisions should remain between patients and their healthcare providers, not politicians. He will work to protect and strengthen Medicare and Medicaid, lower prescription drug costs, expand access to mental health services, and ensure families can access quality healthcare regardless of where they live or how much they earn. As an attorney who has spent more than fourteen years helping families navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges, Chris understands that healthcare decisions can have lasting impacts on a family’s future. He believes the government should empower people to make the best decisions for themselves and their loved ones while ensuring every community has access to the care and resources they need. Healthcare is not a privilege. It is essential to the health, stability, and economic security of our families, our communities, and our future.

Growing Small Businesses and Local Economies
Small businesses are the backbone of our local economy. Chris supports expanding access to capital, reducing unnecessary barriers for entrepreneurs, supporting innovation, and creating an environment where businesses can grow, hire, and invest in their communities

Protecting Our Environment and Public Health
We have a responsibility to leave future generations a healthier and more sustainable community. Chris supports clean air, clean water, responsible growth, and investments that protect public health while creating economic opportunity. He believes communities deserve a voice in decisions that impact their health, environment, and quality of life.

Investing in Infrastructure
As Georgia’s 11th District continues to grow, we must invest in the infrastructure that keeps our communities moving. Chris supports improving roads, addressing traffic congestion, expanding broadband access, modernizing water systems, and making strategic investments that support economic growth and improve quality of life.

Expanding Opportunity Through Education and Workforce Development
Every child deserves access to a quality education, and every adult deserves pathways to economic opportunity. Chris supports strong public schools, career and technical education, apprenticeship programs, workforce training, and affordable pathways to higher education. Having worked his way through school while working full time, Chris understands firsthand the importance of creating opportunities that help people succeed.

Healthcare That Puts Patients Over Profits
Healthcare should be a right, not a privilege. No one in Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow, Pickens, or Gordon County should delay seeing a doctor because they are worried about the bill, and no family should go bankrupt because someone gets sick. Millions of Americans, including families here in Northwest Georgia, rely on Affordable Care Act premium tax credits to keep coverage affordable. Chris Harden will fight to permanently restore and expand those credits so families are not blindsided by higher premiums when Congress fails to act. Harden will also push to cap out-of-pocket costs for life-saving medications and expand rural access to care, so residents of Jasper, Calhoun, and Cartersville are not forced to drive hours to see a specialist. A single illness should never threaten a family’s financial security.

A Tax Cut for Our Middle Class
Working families should not pay a higher effective tax rate than multinational corporations. Harden will fight for a middle-class tax cut while ensuring that large corporations and the ultra-wealthy pay their fair share. Tax relief should reach the families who need it, not simply add to the returns of shareholders who already have plenty.

Get Corporate Money Out of Politics
Washington should answer to voters, not corporate PACs. Harden has pledged not to take a dime of corporate PAC money. He will fight for greater transparency, stronger enforcement of existing campaign finance laws, and the closure of loopholes that allow unlimited spending to drown out everyday voters. Elected officials should be accountable to their constituents, not to whoever writes the biggest check.

Lower Costs, Raise Wages
Families across this district should not pay more at the checkout line because of Washington’s trade policy failures. Wages here have not kept pace with the cost of living. Families in Adairsville and Fairmount measure the economy by what is left in the bank account at the end of the month, not by a chart on a screen in Washington. Harden will fight for smart trade policies that protect Georgia jobs and agriculture without punishing consumers. He also supports raising the minimum wage so a full day’s work pays for a full day’s living.

Ban Congressional Stock Trading
Members of Congress should never be able to profit from information the public does not have or from votes they cast themselves. Public service should never become a pathway to personal enrichment. Harden supports a full ban on stock trading for members of Congress, federal judges, senior Executive Branch officials, and their immediate families.

Demand Real Transparency in Washington
The American people deserve the truth, and accountability should not depend on wealth or political connections. When Congress had the opportunity in July 2025 to force a vote on releasing the Epstein files, Barry Loudermilk chose not to vote. Harden believes transparency is not optional. He will push for it consistently, not only when it is politically convenient.

Clean Up Congress
Serving in Congress should be the highest form of public service, not a career or a stepping stone to a lucrative lobbying contract. Harden supports a lifetime ban on former members of Congress lobbying the federal government. That would help break the pipeline between elected office and special interests. He also supports an age limit of 80 for members of Congress. A healthy democracy depends on new ideas, fresh leadership, and meaningful opportunities for the next generation to serve. Public office should never become a lifetime entitlement.

Ban Partisan Gerrymandering
Politicians should not get to pick their voters. Voters should pick their politicians. Harden supports independent redistricting commissions that draw fair maps and create more competitive elections. District lines should reflect real communities, not political convenience.

Crack Down on Price Gouging
New technology should help consumers, not exploit them. As corporations increasingly use AI and personal data to adjust prices in real time, real accountability is needed. Harden will fight to ban AI-driven surveillance pricing on essential goods such as groceries and strengthen federal enforcement against corporate price gouging. Families deserve to know they are paying a fair price.

Responsible Oversight of Data Center Development
Families in this district are increasingly concerned about unchecked data center development, and it is a conversation Washington is not having. Working families should not subsidize special treatment for data centers through higher utility bills. Data centers built here should meet strict standards for protecting the environment and water supply, employing local labor, and generating their own power. Ratepayers should not be left footing the bill.

Invest in Clean Energy and 21st-Century Infrastructure
This is about more than protecting the planet. It is about lowering energy costs, creating good-paying jobs, and making sure America leads rather than falls behind. Barry Loudermilk voted for the 2025 reconciliation bill that rolled back Inflation Reduction Act clean-energy tax credits and incentives. Those policies were helping families lower utility bills and helping workers secure good-paying jobs in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries. Harden will fight to expand clean energy, modernize the electric grid, and invest in the roads, bridges, and infrastructure this district depends on. He will also push to build the housing younger Georgians need to start their lives and older Georgians need to retire comfortably.

ACROSS OUR DISTRICT
GEORGIA'S 11th Congressional District
Bartow Cherokee Gordon Pickens Cobb
Georgia’s 11th Congressional District is built by people who believe in hard work, family, service, and opportunity. Across our communities, families are working hard, raising children, supporting local businesses, volunteering in schools, serving in their churches, and investing in the future of their neighborhoods. They are teachers, healthcare workers, veterans, first responders, entrepreneurs, tradespeople, and community leaders who make this district a great place to live. Our district continues to grow because people see opportunity here. Families are putting down roots, businesses are expanding, and communities are investing in the future. But growth also brings challenges. Families are facing rising housing costs, increasing traffic congestion, healthcare affordability concerns, and the pressure of keeping up with a rapidly changing economy. People want safe communities, strong schools, affordable healthcare, reliable infrastructure, and economic opportunities that allow them to build a good life. The people of Georgia’s 11th District are not looking for someone to speak for them. They are looking for someone who will listen to them, understand their concerns, and work every day to deliver results. That belief is at the heart of this campaign. As your representative, Chris will focus on the priorities that matter most to the people who call this district home. Lowering costs for families. Protecting access to healthcare. Supporting small businesses and local economies. Investing in transportation and infrastructure. Expanding educational and workforce opportunities. Protecting the freedoms that allow every family to build the life they choose.
